Miriam and Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Häring speak at the BOSCH Global Leadership Meeting.

The joint presentation focused on the topic of “Transformation and technological openness as the basis for the mobility of today and tomorrow”.

The Global Leadership Meeting is an international, in-house event at BOSCH with around 220 participants from all over the world.

As a supplier to BOSCH for decades, we were invited to provide input this year: Two of our Presidents, Miriam and Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Häring were there in person to share their thoughts on the changing requirements in the automotive supply industry and how to successfully meet them. They spoke about transformation and digitalization at Häring and about not seeing these topics as a project. Rather, it is about understanding further development as a fundamental attitude, as this is the only way to meet the constantly changing markets, products and technologies.

Change as a constant: the basis for sustainable transformative success.

In terms of content, the keynote speech also included the topics “Change through the automotive market”, “Transformation culture”, “Global standards” and “High performance” and how our technology company from Heuberg embodies change management and is constantly developing further optimization potential.

The main keyword in the presentation: openness to technology. Here at Häring, we provide input by manufacturing parts for electric motors, hydrogen drives, combustion engines and thermal management, as well as unit-independent parts, such as for steering and braking systems, by changing technologies and introducing new ones. We also rely on our own tool development and production, our own special machine construction and our own automation and equipment construction.

We are impressed by the way Bosch is working intensively on the topic of transformation. It is inspiring to see how innovative approaches and strategies are being implemented. We are very much looking forward to benefiting from this mutual exchange, gaining insights and breaking new ground together.
