At the award ceremony on February 22, 2019, former Minister of Economic Affairs and TOP JOB mentor Wolfgang Clement awarded Dr. Jürgen Häring (Owner and Managing Director), Miriam Häring (Managing Director) and Annegret Wilhelm (Personnel Marketing & Further Education) the seal.

For many years now, we have been committed to exceed the industry standard for our employees. The TOP JOB award shows that we are doing a very good job” says the enthusiastic owner, Jürgen Häring. With the results achieved, Häring now wants to work to further increase its attractiveness as an employer.
The basis for the award is an evaluation process developed by the University of St. Gallen, which uses the latest findings from research. In this way, it is scientifically analyzed in which areas the audited company achieves top performance. Among other things, the employees and trainees and students of Häring were interviewed anonymously on topics such as:
