The importance of blood donations in saving lives is well known. Nevertheless, blood reserves in hospitals often become scarce. Together with "The Blood Connection," Häring organized a mobile blood drive at the Lavonia site. For two consecutive days, Häring crew members and individuals from the community took advantage of the opportunity to board the blood donation bus on company property and save lives. In exchange for donating blood, each received a $20 eGift Card.
